Our property had been listed on the market with other real-estate agents for many months. Although I had invested money in advertising with these agents I was getting very little interest from investors and very little feedback from the agents.

I contacted Joe and told him that I was keen to sell the property and was looking for an agent that could help.
Joe met me on site and inspected the property. He explained to me the positives and negatives of our property and the way in which he would market it including price point and target audience.

I contacted Joe shortly afterwards stating that I would like him to market our property. We met and he walked me through the forms and required documentation and again we discussed a sales strategy. From that day onwards I received regular updates via email (I had stated that this was my preferred form of communication). I was also kept up to date with copies of the internet site and newspaper articles where our property was being marketed.
